	Position Overview:To provide superior customer service by responding to and processing bilingual inbound reservation enquiries (via phone,internet and live chat) for our portfolio of 60 hotels throughout Canada and the US.Reservation centre hours are 7am-2am. Must be willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.Bilingualism (French & English)is required. Previous hotel experience in a service capacity is considered a definite asset.Reliable transportation is required.
