| Purpose: Direct/ create 1 product that is saleable while helping to maintain established milestones & project objectives. This position is a step up from Assistant Producer and is essentially a Producer-in-training role. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Create/write and drive the design process in conjunction with design team; Work with Project Coordinator to organize teams tasks; Provide leadership and mentorship to the Assistant Producer on the team; Coordinating central resources (Audio/Art);Researching content; Identify and help resolve conflicts between schedule, budget and design goals Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent /related experience; Minimum of 2 years experience in a project management role; Good understanding of multimedia and software tools; Proficiency in project management software; Excellent organizational and communication (both verbal & written) skills.
