| first off I just wanted to say I am actually sad to be leaving this place. wonderful people live here, and a wonderful cat. but I am moving to be a live in nanny. 375 is power, heat, north american free long distance, wireless, phone (odviously) washer dryer. The house has two full baths, kitchen/living room combo and a balcony off of them. The kitchen has oven/stove, dishwasher,and fridge. The rent starts May 1st 2010 and runs for a year.
