It's a three story house, and two bedroom flat is on the top level. Includes, heat, hotwater, power, backdeck, backyard, and lounge/smoking room. Laundry mat around the corner. Close to all major bus routes ie #1, 10, 7. It's pet friendly if you have a cat. There is a bed, dresser and desk left from last roommate but its optional if you want it, otherwise it can be cleared out.
