HALIFAX HUMANITIES 101 is an "obstacle free course" in philosophy and literature taught by university professors for adults living on low incomes. Eight months of classes held Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at the North Branch Library, beginning September 25. There is absolutely no charge to participants, but you do need to apply for a place in the program. Bring us your love of learning - we provide the books and the teachers!
